SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to constantly improve our business and that includes our shipping and handling processes. We aim to provide our customers with a variety of shipping options, fast order turnaround time, accurate information and top-notch service.

Fair Pricing
We are focused on providing our customers with fair pricing. We do not mark up shipping costs at all. In fact we use UPS Real Time Shipping Quotes. We use the weight of your order and your zip code to accurately calculate the shipping costs of your order at the time you check out. To estimate your shipping costs, simply place items in your cart, enter your zip code and click "update."

Always Lowering Your Costs
Our shipping warehouse is conveniently located in Toledo, Ohio and we are able to offer reasonable rates to customers anywhere in the United States. Also, as our company grows we are able to secure lower rates for shipping and handling. We are committed to passing this savings onto you.

Responsible Packaging
We constantly aim to reduce our environmental impact by using minimal packaging, reusing packaging whenever possible and constantly researching alternative packaging options.

SHIPPING METHODS

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during our warehouse business hours (Monday through Friday 7:00AM - 3:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3PM EST, over the weekend and holidays typically ship the next business day.

For the fastest delivery, take advantage of our express delivery options.

UPS does not deliver to PO BOXES.

Tracking Information for UPS Orders
For UPS orders you will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online store: UPS Package Tracking.

Tracking Information for USPS Priority Mail Orders
For USPS Priority Mail orders you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation number that we send you when your order is shipped. This confirmation number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online store: USPS Package Tracking.

Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $99
To qualify orders must:

- Include products valued at $99 or more
- Input coupon code freeship on the shipping and billing page
- Be shipped to United States address (no Canada or international).
- Only ONE coupon per order.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 866-644-0007. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

RETURN POLICY
We aim to ensure you an easy and convenient process when returning merchandise.

Refunds and Credits
We will refund or credit the value of any unused item including any taxes you were charges. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. To receive a refund, the original packing slip should accompany your return.

Returns to our Processing Center
Please follow the steps below to complete your return:

1. Include the original packing slip with your return.
2. Circle the item(s) on the packing slip that you are returning.
3. Include a brief explanation for your return.

We recommend you insure your return package. UPS offers insurance and tracking for all packages. The US Postal Service offers tracking and insurance also upon request for an additional charge. Enclosing your original packing slip will help us expedite your order.

Allow 7-10 days for your refund to process once package is received into our processing center.
